Functie
As a Senior Business Controller, you are the financial sparring partner for senior leadership and a key driver behind strategic growth. You combine sharp analytical skills with a proactive mindset and know exactly how to turn finance into business impact.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning processes
- Delivering financial analyses and actionable business insights
- Advising management on investments, profitability and business cases
- Improving KPIs, margins and cost structures across the organization
- Driving financial process optimization and scalability initiatives

Wat heb je nodig?
- BSc or University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in business control or financial management
- Strong knowledge of NL GAAP, IFRS and financial modeling
- Strategic, proactive and hands-on mindset
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
