Functie
As Group Controller, you will play a pivotal role within the finance organization and work closely with the CFO to further professionalize the finance function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Taking overall responsibility for IFRS reporting, group consolidation and financial reporting.
- Designing and strengthening the SOX framework, internal controls and corporate governance.
- Playing a key role in preparing the organization for a future IPO.
- Optimising accounting, audit and ERP processes across the international group.
- Supporting the financial infrastructure for international expansion and the development of new manufacturing facilities.
As Group Controller, you will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy, significant exposure within the organization and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the continued development of the finance function.
Wat heb je nodig?
- RA, ACCA or an equivalent postgraduate qualification in Finance or Accounting.
- Extensive knowledge of IFRS, SOX and international financial reporting standards.
- Experience within complex manufacturing and/or high-tech organizations, including regulations relating to large investment projects and government grants.
- Analytical, entrepreneurial and able to lead change across the organization.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
