Functie
As Financial Controller, you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the company's finance operations while supporting its international growth.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, reconciliations and closing activities.
- Support group reporting, consolidations and IFRS compliance.
- Analyse financial data and deliver valuable management insights.
- Improve accounting, reporting and finance processes across the organisation.
- Work closely with project managers on subsidy reporting, budgeting and cross-functional initiatives.
As Financial Controller, you'll combine analytical strength with a hands-on mindset. You'll have the opportunity to optimise processes, collaborate with multiple departments and contribute directly to the continued growth of an innovative international business.
Wat heb je nodig?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of NL GAAP and IFRS, with several years of experience in a similar finance role.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Proactive, analytical and eager to improve processes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment with excellent English communication skills.
