Our customer is a private equity firm with offices worldwide. For the office, located in Amsterdam, the Holland Talent Group is searching for a:
Administrator – English/German Speaking
Administrator to the whole team who undertakes the day-to-day running of the German part of the organization, working under medium supervision, with the responsibilities defined in the employment agreement and below.
• Taking care of invoice payments for several companies
• Handling of ad hoc payments
• Maintaining of bank books
• Monitoring of cash requirements
• Monthly bank balance reporting
• Liaise with external property managers / asset managers
• Liaise with Luxembourg accounting teams
• Liaise with banks
• Preparing recharge invoices
• Support accounting teams
• Document filing and archiving
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
• General administrative tasks
• Bedrijfsadministratie (mba) or equivalent
• Knowledge of MS Office standard applications
• Fluent in English, Good in German, any other language would be an advantage
